JOB PURPOSE Reporting to the Head of IS/T Software Management, the Software Management Analyst for a dedicated business domain will be in charge of the related software management. The role will require to work within an international team, partially based in France and Germany. The candidate must be able to travel occasionally. DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES In the department SOFTWARE MANAGEMENT: Ensure an accurate follow-up of a fleet of SWregarding: Purchases and renewals Alignment with Company strategy for the assigned area Support to negotiation & budget Providing Software Asset Managers reports in management of fleet of software (feed editors portal with info given by SAMs + other required data action) Identify and manage EngineeringSoftware potential risk (financial, compliance ) Assure compliance of software installations and usage Run and support software audits Ensure data are up to date in dedicated trackers/tools incl. Service Now and communicated at appropriate level. Lead remediation plans of the scope with stakeholders with architects Optimize fleet of software management and advise architect Put in place proper governance to manage the scope Support Head with various transversal presentations and other requested actions.
