The Lifecycle Digital Transformation Team is responsible for all Lifecycle processes and systems that are anchored on delivering the best customer and partner experience.As a Software Engineer you will also be responsible for ensuring that the current technology is up-to-date and can be properly utilised for the business. You will be Building integration applications and APIs connecting our systems together (MuleSoft, Informatica, Kafka). You will provide technical expertise, guidance, and standard practices for our team. You love using technology to solve business problems. Youre a passionate learner and has a strong track record of building scalable applications using Salesforce technologies and frameworks You Will Be a strong integration developer expert, with many years of work experience. Mulesoft developer with experience in both Mule 3 and Mule4. Java/Python programming experience Deep understanding of the Salesforce processes and development methodologies Implement new features in a highly collaborative environment with product managers, UI/UX specialists, Business systems architects and analysts in a multi cloud environment Work closely with Scrum master, Product owner and global delivery teams to drive and be a key contributor to Project releases and sprint payloads Who You\'ll Work With As part of the Lead Management team, you will be part of a global IT team committed to delivering extraordinary services, tools, platforms. You\'ll work with business partners as well as your team of data and IT professionals, scrum teams, and other business analysts. You\'ll get to work with leaders in the industry to shape the future of Cisco\'s customer and partner lifecycle Who You Are Were seeking a hardworking, experienced and self-motivated IT professional who has a real passion for technology. You feel comfortable dealing with ambiguity, and you are able to infuence within and outside the organization. Requirements include: Experience with multi cloud architectures such as SFDC and commerce business processes Must have 5+ years relevant experience with a BS degree, MS in Computer Science or Information Science is a plus Must have Mulesoft (Mule 3 & Mule 4), Java/Python programming experience Experience with SFDC business processes & architecture specifically opportunity management and renewals business process Data Analytical skills.DBs: Snowflake, Oracle, Snow SQL, MYSL . Ability to run Tableau reports & business metrics. Experience in DevOps: Jenkins, Code Console, Spinnaker Salesforce administrator experience on creating profiles ,security, scalability, limits Integrating and maintaining in house and 3rd party business applications to Salesforce Take ownership of release cycles to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code Collaborating with IT / Developers for other systems to integrate across the business Experience working in Agile teams and methodologies such as Scrum & Kanban Outstanding analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Self-starter, pro-active who can work both independently and collaborative Fun, highly upbeat personality standout colleague that works well in a fast-paced and driven environment with expectations to deliver high-impact value to the company Ability to work in a diverse, dynamic environment and effectively collaborate across global teams Experience working in large complex, cross-functional programs Adaptive and dynamic to drive transformation and change mindsets Hands-on able to understand technical issues & help connect the dots Experience with Version control tools such as GIT Hub, BITBucket Experience with these Methodologies: Object Oriented Analysis & Design, Design Patterns, Agile Prior experience with products like Ambition, Outreach, Quip, Vidyard is a plus. Salesforce Admin certification is a plus.
