: - Software Engineer (JD - Salesforce and Devops (Jenkins tool))
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
1. Salesforce DevOps Resource With Jenkins Experience Should be able to build the custom code as needed
2. Should be able to Make code changes are required to the Plugin Built on Jenkins and should be able to build the integrations with other platforms
3. Salesforce DevOps Engineer responsible for implementing scalable solutions inc, including continuous delivery, optimization, monitoring, release management, and supporting the end-to-endorse process.
4. Ensure all Salesforce updates made seamlessly move from development through staging to production.
5. creating automation scripts using Jenkins for salesforce, supporting SalesForce PDOs teams that are using these scripts, helping get others up to speed with Jenkins. Manage the configuration of the build infrastructure (Windows and Linux),Improve reliability and performance of test and build processes, Design and maintain automated release channels, Proactively look for ways to automate the installation and upkeep of build tools and dependencies, Review and recommend solutions and tools to improve the software development process
6. Own the process for releasing builds into QA and up to production, Managing pre/post release code merges, Managing the code branching strategies, Building the bridge between Engineering (dev & QA) and IT Operations
7. Candidate should have strong Analytical and Problem resolving abilities; Candidate should have strong ability to understand the technical and functional documents. He should be capable of creating a detailed technical documentation on various project assignments.
8. Candidate must be able to understand the business needs and convert them into software designs documents that will be used to develop software, Ensures that all the standard requirements have been met and is involved in performing the technical analysis, Prepare all test cases, test scenarios and execute them to provide.
9. Candidate must have good communication skills & should be able to work in global IT Teams / business customers .
10. The Candidate will need to face the European/North American Ford business customers and should be able to understand the requirements.

Required Experience and Qualifications
At least three years' experience in build automation for salesforce.
At least a year of Jenkins experience on real-world projects for salesforce.
Experience building a continuous delivery pipeline.
Experience using GIT and artifact repositories (such as Artifactory or Nuget)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrates a passion for quality.
Ability to work independently and be self-driven.
Graduation / Post Graduation (BE, B.Tech, MCA or equivalent)
Selection Criteria:
1. Application / system development lifecycle knowledge including design, development and integration experience
2. Working with SalesForce CRM PDO teams / Agile methodology is desirable.
3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written is a must.
4. Good experience in AGILE development.
