The shortlisted candidate should have strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Should have an ability to effectively communicate technical concepts within the team, and is able to work individually or as part of a team to achieve project goals. You are required to have skills in the following areas: Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field Overall 2-5years of experience in ServiceNow with at least 2+ years in ServiceNow ITSM custom development & Implementation. Good experience in ServiceNow ITOM Discovery and Integrations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills . Responsibilities: Client facing - determine their technical and business requirements ensuring that all necessaryinformation is collated prior to producing a solution Maintain expert knowledge and deliver ServiceNow ITOM Capabilities which includes CMDB, monitoring, Discovery,Event Management and Service Mapping. Work with the customers and team to comprehend requirements and provide recommendations based on ITOM systemcapabilities, industry best practices, and the preferred outcome. Builds and develops monitoring tool integrations with ServiceNow event management. Builds and develops ServiceNow Discovery to support business and IT. Support ServiceNow ITOM technical server environments (e.g. mid servers), including oversight of ongoingdevelopment activities and system administration. Develop Custom probes & sensors Develop Custom Reports & Dashboards Develop and present business case materials. Create tailored presentations and product demonstrations to prospects Assist sales in the qualification of customer needs through discovery Staying current on product developments/releases to a level required for demo and POC/POV Provide mentoring and training to peers, colleagues and partners.
