Location: Bengaluru (Work Remotely: Temporarily due to COVID-19)

8 to 13 years of work experience with a very good understanding of database systems (either relational or distributed).
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
3+ years working experience on any RDBMS system (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) or any No-SQL system (Cassandra, CosmosDB, MongoDB, Redis).
Experienced working on Cloud solutions (aka Azure or Google Cloud).
Exposure or knowledge on PaaS database (Azure SQL/ CosmosDB/ Azure PostgreSQL/ GCP MySQL/ GCP PostgreSQL)
Basic to intermediate level of understanding on Cloud Security, Networking, Storage, Subscription management in Azure or GCP.
Ability to problem-solve under pressure and in complex situations and able to communicate clearly with team members and stake holders.
Ability to work with distributed teams in a collaborative and productive manner.
Experience across the product development SDLC and knowledge on AGILE/DevOps practice.
Industry knowledge of the retail space with keen interest in keeping up to date on the latest happenings in this space.
Previous experience on Public Cloud migration is an added advantage.
Good to have knowledge/experience in using migration tools and scripting language.
