This role will work on a team of 4-6 engineers to develop and maintain Pattern\xe2\x80\x99s eCommerce SaaS applications.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesWork with development teams to ideate software solutionsContribute to the design and implementation of the overall web architectureDevelop and manage highly reliable and scalable databases and applicationsLead project progress and management by defining and achieving goalsParticipate in scrum ceremonies with a global teamDesign and implementation of continuous integration and deploymentSolve problems with alternative approaches and in consultation with stakeholdersWorking effectively with a team, encouraging innovation & best practicesParticipate in the hiring process by taking interviews, referring candidatesMinimum Qualifications4+ years of proven work experience in Ruby and Rails development2-4 years of experience in Object Oriented Design using more than one programming language like Python, C, C#, Java, PHP, Go, TypeScript, and Node.js.
