about the role Should have extensive experience on Service Now tools Development & administration 2. Excellent understanding of IT service management and the ITIL business process 3. Proven development experience in ServiceNow MSP (Domain) 4. Experience with web services APIs /Mid server/Integration with other instances 5. Hands on Experince in JavaScript/web applications/client server applications 6. ServiceNow application customization using client scripts, Business Rules, UI Scripts etc. 7. Application UI Configuration using Content Management/ Workflow Configuration 8. Maintenance, administration and version standardization of Service Now 9. Knowledge of web applications, email (SMTP, POP3) and active Directory, LDAP 10. Support in analyzing workflows and present solution possibilities 11. Knowledge on Angular JS, CSS, HTML, PERL, PYTHON would be an added advantage 12. Knowledge on Discovery and Orchestration would be an advantage about you Engineering or Bachelor\'s degree in computer science or equivalent 2. 3+ years working in a comparable software development role. 3. Exposure to ServiceNow platform for atleast 2 years. 4. Hands-on experience on declarative techniques - UI policy, system properties, email configurations, Roles, ACLs 5. Hands-on experience of working with script-based ServiceNow components such as business rules, script includes, client scripts, UI pages, UI Actions, Workflow etc. and Javascript (MUST) 6.
