Job Title: Software Engineer III - Core Engineer III

Position Description:

• We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced CRM Platform Specialist with a dual expertise in SAP CRM Campaign Management and Salesforce Administration.
• This hybrid role is crucial for optimizing our marketing campaigns within SAP CRM and ensuring the efficient and secure operation of our Salesforce environment.
• The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving our customer engagement strategies, maintaining data integrity, supporting users, and enhancing the capabilities of our CRM systems to meet evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
SAP CRM Campaign Management:

• Design, configure, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns within SAP CRM, including SMS, Whatsapp, and other digital channels.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to translate marketing strategies into executable campaign flows and activities in SAP CRM.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization and improved ROI.
• Manage campaign-related data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to data privacy regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to campaign execution and data flow within SAP CRM.

Salesforce Administration:

• Manage aspects of Salesforce administration, including user setup, profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing settings to maintain data security and access.
• Perform declarative configuration within Salesforce, including custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, approval processes, and automation using Flow, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
• Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to sales, service, and marketing teams.
• Perform data management activities such as data import/export, de-duplication, and data cleansing to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Provide ongoing user support, training, and documentation to maximize Salesforce adoption and efficiency.
• Manage Salesforce releases, sandbox refreshes, and assist with change management processes.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to optimize the Salesforce platform.

Skills Required:

Experience Required:

• Engineer III Exp: Prac. In 2 coding lang. or adv. Prac. in 1 lang.
• 6+ years in IT;
• 4+ years in development

Experience Preferred:

• Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud & Apex Developer,

Education Required:

• Bachelor's Degree
