Job Overview

TE Connectivity\'s Software Systems Engineering Teams provide functional and empirical analysis related to the design, development, and implementation of software operating/automation systems, including, but not limited to, utility, development, and diagnostic software. They perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost, risk, supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems.

Responsibilities

• Define the quality needs on a project
• Responsible of the quality planning through the entire product lifecycle
• Ensure quality of the requirements and their management
• Maintain and follow quality goals in software development
• Ensure that quality target is in phase within project planning
• Ensure communication/reporting to customers and other quality stakeholders
• Propose and handle process improvement
• Participate and handle ASPICE development into the organization
• Responsible of the software quality deliverable

Desired candidate profile

• Experience: 4-8 years
• Bachelor\'s / Master\'s degree (Computer Science, Electrical or equivalent)
• Experience in project management
• Expertise in automotive SPICE environment
• Expertise in IATF environment
• Experience in automotive software development
• Proven ability to execute on engineering deliverables
• Knowledge in requirement engineering
• Knowledge in static analysis, unit test, integration test and qualification
• Knowledge in problem solving (As 8D)
• Excellent motivational skills: a person with the ability to achieve goals and the highest standards of performance in a dynamic fast paced environment.
• Ability to work with internal customer over other region in different time zone
