The Software Engineer II for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for Design and develop quality medical device software products with extensive application of technical principals, theories, and concepts in Software Development.

This position is part of the CCIA located in Bangalore and will be hybrid. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be a part of the CCIA and report to the Balvinder Singh Yadav responsible for Collaborate with software V&V team, managers, distributed and multi-functional teams to build products which meets quality, performance, scalability, reliability and schedule goals. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Collaborate with software V&V team, managers, distributed and multi-functional teams to build products which meets quality, performance, scalability, reliability and schedule goals.
• Investigate software, hardware, and system problems using a variety of techniques and provides innovative solutions.
• Prepare documentations as required by internal product development processes and regulatory agencies such as FDA and ISO.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Software Development Engineer with strong 2 + years of expertise in C# .NET with WPF.
• Design and develop quality medical device software products with extensive application of technical principals, theories, and concepts in Software Development
• Create architecture, design, code and unit test modules/components with first-time-right best in class quality to serve in Healthcare Industry!

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Passionate about continuous improvement activities for process and product quality improvement initiatives with agile and lean principles.
• Self-starter with a sense of urgency and ownership to resolve issues towards on time completion of projects!
• Passionate about collaboration, quality and excellent teaming skills to work with multi-functional and in a multi-site software teams like Japan, China or the U.S is an added advantage.
