Process Overview. This position is part of Technology Infrastructure Services (TIS) organization and falls under Enterprise cloud platforms team(ECP). Enterprise Cloud Platforms Team (ECP): Enterprise Cloud Platforms team in the CTI organization offers Private and Public Cloud platforms for Bank of America\'s developers to drive faster time-to-market, innovation with private and public cloud capabilities, and reduce complexity with built-in integrations. Seeking for experienced technology services lead having hands-on experience on cloud technologies, should have managed large scale hybrid cloud operations and SRE teams in previous roles. Looking for someone who can understand business requirements, well versed with Incident, change, request management and have relevant experience in collaborating with multiple stake holders to drive organization level strategies. Responsibilities. Experienced professional who leads by example and hands-on with cloud technologies. Minimum 4+ yrs experience in managing large scale IAAS, PAAS Operations/SRE teams 5+ yrs hand-on experience on any CSP platforms(Azure, GCP, AWS) Competent with CI/CD tools, Proficient in IAM, network concepts, cloud native services with infrastructure management as core competency Experience in infra-automation tools and general programming languages - Ansible, Java, python, etc. Understanding of landing zones, cloud-native security, monitoring and logging tools, and Well-Architected Framework principals. 2+ years hands-on experience with IaC(Terraform) 6+ years of experience with shell or Python scripting Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus or Dynatrace, as well as cloud native tools like Azure Monitor and Log Analytics Experience with CI/CD tools such as git and Jenkins, familiarity with using a GitOps model Understanding of cost management, inventory management, FinOps model Well versed with SDLC, Agile processes and CI/CD tools, Microservices Well versed with ITIL process including incident, change and request management Strong understanding and background of working with a complex IAM infrastructure, including Active Directory, Azure AD Connect, Azure AD, and PingIdentity, Okta, or other SSO solutions. Advanced knowledge of DNS, DHCP, Kerberos and Windows Authentication Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication (written, verbal, and presentation) skills are a must Requirements. Education. B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech / MCA Experience Range. 9-12 years Certification if any. NA Foundational Skills.
