KLDiscovery, a leading global provider of electronic discovery, information governance and data recovery services, is currently seeking a Business Intelligence Software Engineer. The position will assist in review and analysis of applications, product development, and enhancements. Responsibilities will include documentation, code development, and unit testing of releases. This role will play an intricate part in the continued process automation efforts by KLDiscovery\'s Client Shared Services. Familiarity with VB.NET and Microsoft SQL is strongly preferred. Remote, Hybrid or On-site work opportunity. Work schedule: Monday - Friday 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM IST Responsibilities Create program code per business requirements/leadership directive. Gather and document business requirements and from business owners. Trouble-shoot system and data questions within standard SLA. Test, refine, and document programs Develop automated unit tests Develop automated functional and regression tests Support bug fixes and implement enhancements to applications in Production Create design and user documentation as needed Seek and participate in personal development opportunities to maintain a detailed knowledge of industry standards, engineering best practices, and business needs Work in a team in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment Adhere to development processes and workflows Manage work items within monthly sprints (Azure DevOps) Ability to work Eastern Standard schedule. Qualifications BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related scientific field preferred 5+ years of related experience preferred Experience with Azure Dev Ops, Azure Data Studio, and Visual Studio Capable of problem identification and resolutions Ability to learn from others and adapt to standards Ability to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing Understands various programming languages including C#, MS SQL, VB.NET.
