Job Details Position : Software Engineer (Back End) Job Location : Ahmedabad About the company: One of the leading names in Automation Machinery Manufacturing Company Duties & Responsibilities: Integration of user-facing elements developed by a front-end developer with server-side logic Building reusable code and libraries Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability Design and implementation of data storage solutions Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, estimates and work plans Write well-designed, testable code Write effective APIs Build features and modules for the application Integrate software components into a fully functional software system Comply with project plans and industry standards Ensure software is updated with latest features Test software development methodology in an agile environment. Provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Qualifications and Experience: 1+ years of experience as a Back-end Developer Worked on minimum 3 projects Familiarity with common stacks Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms Basic understanding of front-end technologies and platforms, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests Proficient knowledge of JavaScript backend programming language and an in-depth understanding of web development. Proficient knowledge of backend frameworks like NodeJS, ExpressJS Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git Understanding of "session management" in a distributed server environment Must have experience in NodeJS, ExpressJS, Javascript, HTML5, CSS and Mongo DB Good to have knowledge of SQL DB, Front-end frameworks like ReactJS Skills and Abilities Required: Can-do positive attitude, always looking to accelerate development. Driven; commit to high standards of performance and demonstrate personal ownership for getting the job done. Capable of delivering on multiple competing priorities with little supervision. Innovative and entrepreneurial attitude; stays up to speed on all the latest technologies and industry trends; healthy curiosity to evaluate, understand and utilize new technologies.
