[ n Your Job The AEM Developer (Full stack) will be part of a team that designs, develops, and delivers new applications for Molex site. As an AEM Developer, you will be responsible for understanding business system requirements and developing implementations related to the AEM work stream and have ownership to drive any AEM related enhancements, investigating support tickets and driving additional projects. As part of this role, you will be closely work with product owner, scrum master, technical analysts, and Business Analysts to plan and execute sprints. You will also have to support a legacy application which is based in Java/J2EE, and which will be migrating to the new AEM site. The ideal candidate should have relevant and extensive experience in AEM and other tech stacks to support day-to-day activities as well as have experience with User experience for web initiatives.xa0xa0 Our Team The AEM Developer (Full stack) will be part of a team that designs, develops, and delivers new applications for Molex site. As an AEM Developer, you will be responsible for understanding business system requirements and developing implementations related to the AEM work stream and have ownership to drive any AEM related enhancements, investigating support tickets and driving additional projects.xa0 What You Will Do xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle including support of web-based applications. xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Responsible for hands on development of AEM/React/Java/J2EE solutions. xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Work closely with business function areas to understand their business systems requirements and recommend solutions. xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Production issue triage, management, and prevention as needed. xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Technical debt resolutions, prevention & code reviews. xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Assist in deploying applications to Dev QA, Production environment. xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Mentor existing/new team members with delivery processes, project-based findings, and support. xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Conduct unit tests, peer code reviews, and maintenance of web applications. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Required: BA/BS Math/Computer Science or 6+ years programming experience in web development environment with a strong java, extensive AEM programming, react JS. xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 5 years of software development experience in AEM demonstrating depth of technical understanding within AEM Sites, Assets, and Workflows and AEM technologies: OSGi/Felix, Java Content Repository, Apache Sling, AEM Components, Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, DAM, Workflows. xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Skills with business analysis and user experience as it relates to web experience. xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Solid experience with AEM building blocks including templates, components, dialogs, widgets, and bundles. xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Extensive experience with developing advanced custom AEM components using Java, React, REST, Maven, Eclipse, JSTL tags or sling API. xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Working knowledge of Servlets and JSP development, Oracle DB, SQL, Apache/Jboss, AJAX, jQuery, xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Good understanding of Search engines, CDN, middleware integrations, Load Balancers. xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Good understanding of Agile Methodologies.
