Leading the design and implementation of software systems . Driving engineering initiatives across teams with a focus on quality, maintainability, availability, scalability, security, performance and stability . At least 4+ years of experience in software development, including experience building microservices and distributed systems . Excellent programming skills in one or more languages: NodeJS, Typescript, Javascript . Experience building secure, configurable, observable services . Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills . The ability to work in an Agile environment .
