Coming out of the silos and working with complete visibility of the end-to-end ad network system. What will you be doing?

Lead and participate in the design and implementation of core components of our customer data platform.

• Build scalable and reliable services for processing large volumes of data in Spark and other technologies.
• Develop and maintain web services using Spring Boot and interact with Cosmos DB and Aerospike databases.
• Architect solutions with a keen eye on the firm\'s long-term strategy and goals.
• Develop scalable systems on Microsoft Azure infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, efficiency, and scalability.
• Implement continuous integration/continuous delivery pipelines to achieve quick and reliable deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Optimize code and system performance for handling high volume, high QPS environments.
• Engage in code reviews, contribute to team planning and estimation efforts, help maintain development best practices, and assist in troubleshooting complex issues.
• Ensure quality of the system through proper unit test coverage, documentation and best practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.

What do we expect from you?

Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science or related field.

• Proven experience (2+ years) as a Software Developer, Software Engineer or similar role.
• Strong experience with Java and Python programming languages.
• Experience with Spark, Aerospike and Cosmos DB or similar technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure or similar cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with large scale data processing and understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot operational issues.
• Strong understanding of system performance and scaling.
• Experience with software development methodologies and practices (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
