We\'re currently looking for: Software Development Engineer To succeed in this role you must have experience in: Responsibilities Write, release, and manage open-source Software Development Kits (SDKs), demo apps, tools, samples. Author and maintain materials to educate third-party developers: documentation, blog posts, technical guides, tutorials...etc. Handle technical support tickets escalated from DevSupport team. Answer developer\'s questions posted to developer discussion forums. Work closely with Engineering, Product and Support teams. Collect feedback from developers and communicate to other teams. Involve engineers from other teams when troubleshooting tricky/urgent issues. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience 3+ years of experience as a software engineer or equivalent technical experience Have solid hands-on experience with at least one static-typed language(C#/Java/GoLang/C++/Swift/Kotlin) and one dynamic-typed language(JavaScript/Python/Ruby/PHP) Desired Qualifications JavaScript and frontend development experience Ability to get things done and deliver results quickly Ability to work with 3rd party developers and solve deep technical problems Experience with REST APIs and developer platforms Experience contributing to github and open-source communities Experience working with third party developer tools, including technical documentation, APIs, SDKs, and client libraries, and producing/organizing technical and process documentation with a logical flow Experience working in highly collaborative, cross-functional environments Experience participating developer communities and ecosystems, conferences, blogs, hackathons What we offer: Mediclaim benefits Paid holidays Casual/Sick leave Privilege leave Bereavement leave Maternity & Paternity leave Wellness programs & coaching Employee referral bonus Professional development allowances Night shift allowances RingCentral\'s Engineering team works on high-complexity projects that set the standard for performance and reliability at massive scale.
