Your role

would you relish the responsibility of 'owning' and managing a number of key applications within Credit Risk? We're looking for someone like that who can help us:

• supporting the Software Component Manager in gathering / maintaining required technical information for shared applications
• be one of the gatekeepers for change releases to production; providing the appropriate 'Application Owner' approval in the change management system
• support / action access authorizations requests for Group functions applications
• collaborate proactively across a number of different teams to ensure that information held is accurate and complete
• respond appropriately to relevant 'requests for information' across UBS
• ensuring that services are and remain compliant to UBS Enterprise Requirements and Standards
• be an SME on UBS Cloud onboarding and compliance standards
• process any internal or external audit requests for Credit Risk related applications
• provide compliance guidance to teams regarding the creation and deployment of new applications
• basic understanding of operational and security risk management
• interacting with Software Product Managers, Project Teams, Business and all other stakeholders to ensure high quality in the UBS IT estate. The role will be based out of Yerwada, Pune.

Your team

You will be part of the Group Functions team that is responsible for providing the systems needed by the Investment Bank, Wealth Management and Firmwide Risk to manage the credit risk exposure of its global Front Office functions

Your expertise

• at a minimum, have a Degree level qualification.
• have 8+ years of hands-on IT experience
• previous experience of either change management, process/quality assurance or project management office
• previous experience working collaboratively across disparate teams and departments
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to work as part of a global team

Good to have:

• basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle / release management
• business Analysis and Requirements gathering experience
• basic SQL knowledge
• basic understanding of risk management
• basic understanding of project management principles
• keen desire to learn new technologies / processes
