Conduct engaging classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions on communication, presentation, team building, customer service, business etiquette, time management, and other behavioral skills.
Facilitate induction and orientation sessions for new hires.
Customize training programs based on audience needs.
Training Design & Development
Develop training modules, case studies, role plays, and e-learning content.
Continuously update training materials to align with industry best practices.
Assessment & Feedback
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback forms, and on-the-job performance.
Provide individual coaching and constructive feedback to employees.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with managers and HR to identify training needs.
Support organizational initiatives like performance improvement, employee engagement, and leadership development.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain training records and prepare periodic reports on attendance, performance, and outcomes.
