As a Soft Skill Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering soft skills training programs, facilitating training sessions, assessing participants\' needs, and creating training materials. You will also collaborate with other trainers, instructors, and subject matter experts to ensure that the training programs are effective and aligned with business goals. Qualifications Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources (HR), Psychology, or a related field Proven experience as a Soft Skill Trainer or in a relevant field Excellent knowledge of soft skills such as Communication, Time Management, Leadership, Teamwork, and Presentation Skills Familiarity with Instructional Design (ID) principles, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and e-learning platforms Strong presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-oriented mindset
