Role Brief:
We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Video Personality to develop engaging and high-quality video content across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should be expressive and confident on camera. You will play a key role in shaping our brand's voice, increasing engagement, and driving audience growth.
Role Responsibilities:
? Create high-quality, engaging, and original video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
? Create engaging and informative video content that highlights the brand, showcases products and services, and introduces the team.
? Be on top of Instagram reel trends, take inspiration & ideate concepts
? Brainstorm compelling ideas for posts, captions, ads, emails, and other digital content.
? Manage social media accounts, schedule posts, and monitor engagement metrics.
? Conduct research on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitors to optimize content.
? Collaborate with marketing, design, and other teams to ensure brand consistency.
? Analyze content performance using analytics tools and make data-driven recommendations.
? Stay up to date with emerging digital trends, content formats, and best practices.
Eligibility Criteria:
? Completed a Graduate degree in any discipline
? Strong on-camera presence and communication skills..
? Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
? Creative enough to make interesting reels/videos for target audience.
? Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
? Strong creativity, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
