Job Description



  • LinkedIn activity metrics for certain personal profiles.
  • Performance metrics from our advocacy/influencer-related platforms.
  • Maintaining benchmark KPIs.
  • Sharing monthly performance data with marketers and community managers.
  • Creating monthly program performance reports for senior stakeholders.
  • Advocacy/Influencer platform operations.
  • Maintain our SaaS platform, such as adding/removing users, managing audience lists networks.
  • Liaise with platform vendors on things like new features, optimization of set up, new feature requests, etc.
Primary Skill
  • Maintain user lists and play the de facto custodian of the user lifecycle on the advocacy program.
  • Work with the Channel Manager to manage video uploads for our global YouTube channel.
Secondary Skill
  • Advanced user of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience of capturing and analyzing digital metrics.
