• Community Management: Monitor social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) for comments, messages, and mentions. Respond to inquiries and engage with the audience promptly and professionally.
• Content Moderation: Review user-generated content and comments to ensure they align with the company\'s community guidelines and values.
• Reputation Management: Protect the brand\'s reputation by addressing negative comments or reviews in a constructive and empathetic manner.
• Crisis Management: Handle sensitive situations or social media crises with composure. Escalate urgent issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• User Support: Provide support to users who require assistance or have product-related inquiries through social media platforms.
• Social Listening: Monitor social media trends and discussions related to the brand, products, or industry. Report relevant insights to the marketing and communications teams.
• Engagement Strategy: Contribute to the development of social media engagement strategies to foster positive interactions with the audience.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with social media policies, guidelines, and legal requirements when engaging with users and handling content.
• Feedback and Reporting: Gather feedback from social media interactions and provide regular reports on social media engagement, trends, and audience sentiment.
• Social Media Guidelines: Stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and platform policies. Recommend updates to the company\'s social media guidelines as needed.
