We are currently seeking passionate and knowledgeable Social Media Captains to join our team. As a Social Media Captain, you will have the opportunity to inspire and guide young minds who are eager to learn the ins and outs of the social media landscape. Your expertise in social media marketing, combined with your passion for mentorship, will be instrumental in shaping the skills and knowledge of aspiring marketers. Responsibilities Deliver engaging and informative sessions on various social media platforms, strategies, content creation, community management, and analytics. Address mentees\' questions and doubts, providing accurate and insightful answers to help them deepen their understanding of social media marketing. Assess assignments submitted by mentees, providing constructive feedback to enhance their skills and help them improve their social media campaigns. Serve as a mentor and friend to the mentees, offering guidance, support, and motivation throughout their learning journey. Stay updated with the latest trends, features, and best practices in social media marketing, and incorporate them into the mentoring process. Collaborate with the MyCaptain team to enhance the learning experience and contribute to the overall growth of the platform. Requirements Proven experience and expertise in social media marketing, with a strong track record of successful campaigns and results. In-depth knowledge of popular social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey social media marketing concepts to learners of various skill levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze social media data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Passion for mentoring and educating aspiring marketers, with the ability to inspire and motivate learners. Experience in delivering educational sessions or mentoring individuals in a professional setting is preferred.
