Job Description

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our overall marketing and business objectives.
• Setting up and optimizing company pages within each social media platform
• Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
• Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
• Create various forms of social media content\xe2\x80\x94text captions, videos, and images\xe2\x80\x94suitable for the various social media platforms, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube And others.
• Conduct social media analytics and reporting to measure the effectiveness of our social media activities and adjust our strategy as needed.
• Engage with our social media followers and build relationships with key influencers in our industry.
• Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company s social content
• Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
• Monitor and analyse social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements:

• Graduated from the college majoring in tourism, tour guide with at least 5 year working experience.
• Fluent in English and proficient in office computer.
• Understanding the domestic and foreign tourism market.
• Knowledge about S.E.A. destinations
• Maintaining knowledge of tourist routes
• Knowledge of itineraries S.E.A. destinations.
• Excellent communication, expression, presentation, persuasion and consulting skills.
• Flexibility in communication and handling situations.
• Ability to work, work away from home.
• Ability to work as a Team.
• Able to work under pressure, agile, progressive, Honest
