As we continue to expand our presence in the digital space, we are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Executive to join our team. : We are looking for a talented Social Media Marketing Executive to drive our social media initiatives and enhance our brand presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media, possess excellent communication skills, and have a track record of executing successful marketing campaigns. Responsibilities:
- Influencer Collaboration: Identify and engage with influencers (influencer marketing) to create compelling video content that promotes our tea products.
- Product Listing Design: Conceptualize and implement attractive product listing designs across various online marketplaces to enhance product visibility and appeal.
- Shopify Management: Manage our Shopify storefront, including creating promotions, updating product listings, and optimizing the shopping experience.
- Content Creation: Produce and post engaging video content on platforms like YouTube to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Email and WhatsApp Marketing: Design and execute email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns to nurture leads and promote our products.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Prior experience at running campaigns in the food and beverage space will be preferred.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in e-commerce and social media management.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with influencers and create engaging content.
- Creative mindset with experience in conceptualizing and designing product listings and marketing materials.
