As a Social media manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company's views creatively. Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.Roles & Responsibilities
1. Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy focusing on brand building & widening overall brand awareness.
2. Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices.
3. Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
4. Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence across different social media channels like (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube etc.)
5. Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics. Accordingly measure ROI and KPIs.
6. Build an inbound marketing plan & forecast sales performance trends.
7. Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement.Technical Skills Required
1. At least one year of hands of experience in social media marketing
2. Should have worked for influencer marketing projects, with a mix set of influencers.
3. Great negotiation skills to ensure maximum ROI for the budgets.
4. Great time-management skills and ability to multitask efficiently.
5. Understanding of success metrics to gather a performance view of campaign efficiencies.
6. To be creative in terms of good content ideation.Other Skills required
