At Alliance Work and Travel we get people to work & travel abroad in amazing destinations! We are a small company with big dreams! We are looking for someone to take ownership of all things digital marketing! This is a part time role. Hybrid or from office in Harrow London. ```Duties```
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and inquiries, and respond in a timely manner
- Analyze social media data and metrics to track the success of campaigns and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all social media platforms
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing ```Experience```
- Proven experience in managing social media platforms for a brand or organization
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer
