About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Managing social media on daily basis
2. Creating content for social media in advance and posting them on regular basis
3. Responding to customer\'s comments, messages etc on social media
4. Resolving customer queries raised on social media
5. Coordinating with different departments to align and create the social media strategy
6. Creating social media calendar and content buckets
7. Following latest social media trends and creating the content as per the latest trends
8. Diverting all the queries to the website
9. Checking the website on daily basis and get it updated as per the strategy
10. Coordinating with the agencies and provide the required creatives/information etc.
11. Maintaining and updating customer database
12. Creating creatives for emails/brouchers etc.
13. Organizing photoshoots and collecting content like behind the scene etc.
