Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing team in executing high-impact campaigns for real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, strong follow-up and coordination abilities, and a solid understanding of marketing practices. This role involves campaign execution, content development, event support, and lead communication--across both digital and offline channels, including WhatsApp and drip marketing platforms. Familiarity with AI-based tools is an added advantage.

? Excellent English (written and verbal); strong grammar and clarity
? Strong follow-up, coordination, and multi-tasking skills
? Experience in running campaigns via WhatsApp, SMS, email, and drip marketing platforms ? Comfort with digital marketing tools, content scheduling, and analytics
? Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, Jasper) is a plus
? Basic design capabilities (Canva or Adobe Express preferred)
? Analytical thinking with attention to detail
