We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to oversee the online presence of 40 clients and lead a team of 5 dedicated members. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies that align with the clients\' goals and objectives. Responsibilities:
  • Client Management:
  • Work closely with 40 clients to understand their brand, objectives, and target audience.
  • Develop and execute tailored social media strategies to enhance client visibility and engagement.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor a team of 5 social media professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Provide guidance on strategy implementation, content creation, and performance analysis.
  • Content Development:
  • Oversee the creation of compelling and relevant content for various social media platforms.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
  • Campaign Execution:
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to achieve client-specific goals and objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze key performance metrics.
  • Generate regular reports for clients, showcasing campaign performance and suggesting areas for improvement.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
  • Keep abreast of social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to clients for staying ahead in the digital landscape.
  • Community Engagement:
  • Foster community engagement and interaction through social media channels.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Budget Management:
  • Manage and allocate budgets effectively for paid social media advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor spending and ROI to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, with a track record of successful client management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools for performance tracking and reporting.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
