Job Description

Responsibilities:
r . Assist clients in person, email, chat or telephonically.
r . Must be fluent in speaking and writing in English, Gujarati & Hindi.
r . Compile and maintain records on client accounts.
r . Screen feedback and requests form clients and liaise with relevant departments within the organization to provide solutions.
r . Reviewing & discuss client's feedback with management and implementing necessary changes
r . Liaise with in-house teams to adjust service offerings and assess related costs.
r . Build and maintain close relationships with clients.
r . Creating monthly client reports based on work and client feedback
r . Book client meeting & appointments
r . Understand the designing and creatives brief to record requirements and clients' needs
r . Coordination of projects and subprojects in cooperation with management
r . Ensuring timely delivery as per customer quality requirements
r . Should be doing the clients' social media scheduling/posting as the calendar and track
r . In addition to social media, being aware of the clients branding needs and getting them executed on time
r . Able to convey design changes as per clients' comments and gain full approval
r . Work as part of a team with copywriters, designers, executives etc.
r
r Requirements:
r . Proven 1-3 Year of client coordination & social media management experience
r . Ability to interact, understand and communicate
r . Up to date and knowledge of with social media
r . Should be updated with social media trends of different industries
Education: Any Graduate
