This Team is involved in revenue management, vendor management and strategies to get new business and make travel profitable entity.


About the role:



Looking for smart, enthusiastic, and self-motivated social media leader who has experience in content development and writing. As a social media manager, you\'ll manage our organization\'s online presence by developing and implementing our social media strategy.


Expectations/ Requirements:



1)Manage Paytm Travel\'s social media accounts and implement social media solutions
2)Develop content ideas and social media calendar
3)Posting updates, creatives, responses, and trivia for boosting engagement
4)Regularly track the performance of posts, drive insights and strategy
5)Monitor and present relevant data, trends, and successes of what is happening in the OTA industry.
6)Connecting with Influencer, bloggers, and vloggers for paid partnerships
7)Work with external agencies for content related to travel
8)Ability to write great engaging web copy and make exceptional creatives that can stimulate user interaction and engagement
9)Demonstrate ROI on all digital marketing efforts
10)Work is cross-functional teams


Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role:



1)Experience: 3 to 5 years in Social Media Marketing; People from travel domain is preferred.
2)Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members and influencing strategic partners at CXO level.
3)Strong negotiation and networking skills. Ability to connect with people across teams & levels
