- Manage all aspects of social media campaigns, including content creation, publishing, advertising, and community management.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify target audiences, trends, and opportunities for engagement.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure campaigns are cutting-edge and impactful.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, account management, and analytics, to deliver integrated solutions that exceed client expectations.
- Provide regular reports and insights to clients, demonstrating the value and ROI of social media initiatives.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of two years of experience managing social media campaigns for clients across a variety of industries.
- Deep knowledge of popular social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
- Strong understanding of social media advertising, targeting options, and analytics tools.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and experimentation.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in social media management tools
- Experience with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
