Manage all social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
Develop and execute communication strategies for Brand Building & Positioning.
Create persuasive communications tailored to meet client needs and objectives.
Produce high-quality written content for various channels, including social media posts, blog posts, website content and other branding & promotional communications.
Design visually appealing PowerPoint presentations and Word documents for clients.
Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences.
Regularly analyze the success of communication campaigns and make informed recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate closely with all departments to ensure alignment and consistency in communications and branding efforts.
Represent the organisation at events, conferences, media opportunities, or any other occasions as and when required.
Minimum Qualification:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
3 to 4 years of experience into corporate and digital communications/marketing.
Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong ability to create compelling content and presentations.
Demonstrated experience in managing social media platforms and engagement strategies including Campaigns & Ads.
Proven track record of developing successful communication strategies and proposals for business acquisition.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
Exceptional research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Added Advantage:
Experience working in a corporate environment or media agency setting.
MBAs will be preferred.
Familiarity/knowledge of Marketing tools such as Hubspot Marketing Hub, Email Marketing, PPC and other Marketing & its Automation tools.
Knowledge of SEO and best digital marketing practices will be an added advantage.
