Key Responsibility Areas (KRA\'s) for a Social Media Executive Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement for Client Projects Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging content for various social platforms including text posts, Tailor content to the specific nuances of each platform and its audience . working with graphics team to get graphics ready Community Management: Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews. Implement community management strategies to foster a positive online community. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze analytics reports to gain insight into traffic, demographics, and effectiveness of each social media campaign. Make data-driven decisions to improve future social media activities. Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital campaigns and measure and report on their effectiveness. Collaborate with influencers, partners, and other stakeholders for broader reach. Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications. Brand Representation: Ensure that all content is in line with the Clients\'s identity and message. Maintain consistency across all social media channels. Skills Required for a Social Media Executive Creativity: Ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns that resonate with target audiences. Writing and Communication: Strong writing skills to create engaging and grammatically correct content. Excellent communication skills for engaging with the community and stakeholders. Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret the numbers and understand the metrics behind social media campaigns. Familiarity with generating social media reports. Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of social media advertising and how to use different platforms for marketing purposes.
