Marketing agency based in the UAE is looking for a highly creative and dynamic social media manager to execute different strategies digitally for our clients.Responsibilities:- Develop, execute and manage integrated brand campaigns including idea generation, content creation, strategy, planning, and performance analytics across social media channels.- Work closely with account managers and creative managers on the conceptualization and development of visual and video content across different social media platforms.
- Create social media strategies and align the social media content calendar with overall PR and marketing efforts.
- Create weekly and monthly plans and set KPIs respectively.
- Continuous analysis of social media trends and competitors' social media strategies.
- Clear understanding of affiliate marketing & ability to build relationships with influencers.Ideal candidate:- Proven case studies of previous clients managed- 2 years of minimum experience is mandatory as a social media manager, preferably with an international agency.- Advanced knowledge of social media marketing tools.- Bachelor's degree is not mandatory but is a plus point.Skills:- Excellent ability to oversee and manage multiple projects and prioritize them.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Must be able to work under pressure.
- Must build strong relationships with existing clients.
- Must be able to sustain clients asked to.Working hours are 5 days a week, 9 AM - 7 PM.We are still a start-up, 2 years old now, so we want someone who understands a thriving, ever-growing environment, and can add value to our growth.Applications that do not meet the required criteria will be disqualified.Job Types: Full-time, Contract
