Position Title:Lead, Social Media & Community Location: Mohali Position Type: Regular, Full-time RoundGlass is looking for a Lead, Social Media & Community to work with the social media Leader to further develop, systematize, and grow all aspects of the business related to social media and support with RoundGlass\' community channels. As a part of the marketing team, you will ensure our voice and content are on brand, engaging and tracking toward our KPI\'s. You\'ll have excellent communication skills and organization as you work with internal partners and external agencies. You will embrace this vision of transformational learning and direct community development and engagement across the most progressive thinkers and educational leaders from around the world to catalyze a movement. The successful candidate will be experienced in nurturing a community, cultivating superfans, and enhancing engagement. You must be able to anticipate the needs of the community along with demonstrated ability to problem-solve and create opportunities throughout. The ability to lightly edit content for real time analytical responses is desired. What you\'ll do: Help build awareness & interest around RG Living App. Editorial Strategy: Develop and maintain an editorial perspective on Living App that matches the needs of our current and addressable audience base. Strategy for Expansion of Social media handles: Increase the follower base, build a unique channel social strategy geared to engagement and growth across our key platforms, create and advance long-term strategy to help RG living into newer platforms and audience spaces. Creative Format Development and Execution: Develop sharp briefs as well as formats that lead to unique creative formats that service our content and brand priorities. Work cross-functionally with internal and external partners to execute against creative needs. Work cross-functionally with internal and external partners to execute against creative needs. Agency relations: Key coordinate between RG and external social media retainer agency to monitor and drive business objectives. Explore & leverage media presence/ partnership opportunities. Work with the Social Lead to analyse and derive insights from and report success metrics (e.g. trending topics/discussions, visitor numbers, active members, etc.) Track social media post performance and reporting Ensure continuous monitoring and timely response to placement of content, removal of content, and compliance. Manage day-to-day community management - liking and replying to comments on posts, DMs, moderating commentary, engaging in social conversations where relevant. Stay up-to-date on social trends on various platforms to turn into learnings/actionable insights where relevant Drive platform innovation based on feedback from users Work closely with Content, Marketing, and PR teams to drive traffic to the platform Who we\'re looking for: 5-7 years of proven work experience as a Social Media Manager, Community Lead or similar role for a brand or company. Fluency with all relevant platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, and other relevant scheduling and tracking platforms. Light graphic design and video editing experience. Solid understanding of paid, earned, and owned media integration as it relates to social media programs. Deep understanding of how brands should use social to show up authentically Experience managing relationships with external and internal agencies/design teams to brief and manage original content Ability to collect, analyze, and use social data to inform decision making Experience running influencer\'s campaigns and how to utilize them to extend social campaigns Flexible, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment Superior attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities Passion for social media, community-building and the wellness space Why RoundGlass: RoundGlass was built on the vision that wellbeing should be at the very center of our life journey.
