You'll lead the
creative strategy, visual identity, marketing direction, and overall brand growth
for multiple clients under Clickory Commercials.
You'll manage a multidisciplinary team of
writers, designers, filmmakers, editors, and strategists
, ensuring every brand we handle has a distinctive voice, story, and market presence.
Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Management
Develop and execute brand strategies for multiple clients across industries.
Work closely with clients to understand their business goals, target audiences, and brand tone.
Define and maintain consistent brand language, positioning, and communication strategies.
Oversee marketing campaigns, digital presence, and creative execution for each brand.
Creative Direction
Lead ideation, scripting, and conceptualization of brand campaigns and ad films.
Set the creative tone, voice, and visual language for all content.
Collaborate with production teams to ensure creative quality and storytelling integrity.
Review and approve scripts, visuals, and final deliverables.
Team Leadership
Manage and inspire creative teams -- content creators, designers, cinematographers, editors, and strategists.
Conduct brainstorming sessions, reviews, and feedback loops.
Maintain a positive, collaborative, and high-performance creative culture.
Client & Project Management
Act as the main creative point of contact for key clients.
Present ideas, strategies, and campaign concepts confidently.
Ensure timely delivery, creative consistency, and brand alignment across all client projects.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in advertising, branding, or creative direction.
Strong understanding of brand positioning, storytelling, and marketing strategy.
Proven experience managing multiple brands or campaigns simultaneously.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Outstanding visual, creative, and communication sense.
Ability to balance creativity with business goals.
A strong portfolio showcasing brand campaigns or storytelling-led work.
Nice to Have
Experience working with lifestyle, real estate, luxury, or digital-first brands.
Background in film production or digital marketing.
Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic thinking.
