Social Media Manager Location- Jaipur Experience- 2+ Years : As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and increase engagement with our target audience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content, manage social media channels, and analyze performance metrics to optimize our social media presence. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience demographics.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks to measure the success of social media campaigns and initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform social media strategy and content development.
Content Creation and Curation:
  • Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Collaborate with the content team to develop high-quality, visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia assets.
  • Write compelling copy and craft engaging captions to accompany social media posts.
Community Management:
  • Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond promptly to inquiries and comments.
  • Foster meaningful interactions with our online community, build relationships with followers, and cultivate brand advocacy.
Performance Analysis and Optimization:
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, using analytics tools.
  • Use data insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and adjust social media strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate social media performance to stakeholders.
Campaign Management:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads, and achieve business objectives.
  • Manage social media advertising budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
Brand Management:
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all social media platforms, maintaining brand voice, tone, and style guidelines.
  • Protect and enhance the company\'s reputation by monitoring online conversations and addressing any issues or crises proactively.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful social media campaigns and initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, as well as experience with social media management and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and interact effectively with online communities.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of the curve in social media marketing.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
