Job description Job Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and driven Executive Social Media Manager to join our team at Four Cross Media, a digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in managing social media campaigns and possess excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills. As an Executive Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing social media strategies that drive engagement, traffic, and revenue for our clients. Responsibilities:Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
Create and curate engaging and shareable content, including graphics, videos, and copy
Manage social media accounts, including scheduling and publishing posts, and monitoring comments and messages
Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports and insights to clients
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, features, and best practices, and apply them to clients\' social media strategies
Collaborate with other team members, including designers, copywriters, and account managers, to ensure that social media content aligns with clients\' overall marketing goals
Build and maintain relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
Continuously test and optimize social media campaigns to improve engagement, reach, and conversion rates
Qualifications:Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
0-2 years of experience in managing social media campaigns for clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
Knowledge of social media analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social
Familiarity with social media advertising platforms, such as Facebook Ads or LinkedIn Ads
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Passion for social media and eagerness to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies
