Roles and Responsibility

A Social Media Manager & PR who understands the aim of posting the brand content on social media or any other digital platform, plans inorganic activity/campaign, anticipates the outcome, and ensures results. Acquires and grows the target audience/community by implementing an inorganic strategy. He /She must possess design sensibilities to align the design team (visual, graphics & creative text) for smooth production and achieve integrated content, conveying the true essence. He/She should be able to work in sync with the Marketing & Communication team in ideating and storyboarding.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Understanding the Brand nuance and making strategy accordingly, to increase the reach among the target audience. Develop PR campaigns and media relations strategies.
  • Work with copywriters and designers/creative team (considering size, orientation/layout of the post) to ensure content is informative, appealing and conveys the correct message.
  • Publishing the content on all social handles and monitoring the response on social media posting.
  • Measure and do analytical studies about the success of every social media campaign.
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization. Address inquiries from the media and other parties
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
  • Engage influencers, manage our community by responding to comments, and oversee responses on all platforms.
  • Identifying new trends in digital marketing, evaluating new technologies and stay up to date with the latest social media best practices.
  • Prepare and submit PR reports, Manage PR issues.
Core skills
  • Knowledgeable on principles, practices, and techniques of marketing strategies. Excellent strategic thinker, able to develop big-picture strategies and develop marketing and advertising plans that align with a brand\'s goals and objectives.
  • Coordination between teams involved in various works coming together to create/realize a marketing plan.
  • Experience in analyzing data.
  • Budget and cost analysis experience.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of social media platforms.
  • Experience running large scope projects with cross-over departments and large teams. Male / Female with a Creative edge.
  • Should be skilled at communicating with directors and creative teams through presentations, compelling copy, detailed strategy documents and able to clearly explain the reasoning behind strategic decisions.
  • Skilled enough to single-handedly manage the marketing & communication team.
  • Play an active role in content creation.
