"We are hiring a talented Social Media Manager professional. Qualifications: 1. 1-3 years of social media management experience 2. Must be fluent in English Verbal as well as written communication 3. Bachelor's or Associate's degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations, or related field preferred 4. Strong design skills using Adobe Suite or Canva 5. Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention 6. Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach 7. Willingness to learn and take on news areas in the marketing, social media, and advertising areas of business. Responsibilities: 1. Create and implement a monthly editorial calendar that includes monthly objectives and initiatives 2. Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency 3. Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels 4. Work with a brand to create and implement social media strategies monthly 5. Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice, and terminology 6. Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between the community and the company, and ensure a positive experience 7. Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube 8. Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools 9. Any other duties in the marketing, social media, advertising areas as assigned from time to time."
