Our clients are parents of children from 5 to 24 years old. Now we are actively growing and developing: We have already taken care of clients from Russia and the CIS, India, Spain. We have launched sales in Spain and Africa. We are currently looking for a highly qualified SMM specialist with exceptional abilities to create a large amount of creative content to join our team. As a mid-level specialist, you will work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement creative strategies in social networks on various platforms. You will be responsible for creating an attractive social media development strategy that matches our brand and resonates with our target audience. Your main tasks will be: Drawing up a creative strategy for the development of social networks with a focus on metrics and organic rapid viral growth Developing content plans and writing a large number of content units every week for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook Organization of the production process, search for actors, setting tasks for designers and copywriters Drawing up guides for the team Weekly, monthly content analytics - working with hypotheses Make content unique Achieve the set KPIs and conduct research Implement Tone of Voice, editorial policy, glossary and various tools, participate in the creation process You\'ll be a great fit if: You are fluent English speaker, with native-level proficiency You have at least 2-3 years of experience as a SMM manager You have cases on the development of Youtube, Instagram, Facebook You have own computer, phone and everything you need for work You have good knowledge of marketing principles You know the principles of writing high-quality storytelling Experienced in building the production process Experienced in creating viral content, understanding the principles, having cases (watching short videos of more than 1m) Able to organize effective work on transferring tasks to designers, copywriters, cameramen, actors Experienced in implementing various partner special projects and collaborations Experienced in working with different placements - reels, posts, stories, videos for YT, shorts and so on Familiar with the Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD) methodology and its application in developing customer-centric copy Experienced in creating online and offline events with a positive unit economy Will be an advantage: Work experience in international companies in the field of EdTech We offer: Business trips to India Large office in a business center in Gurgaon The opportunity for rapid vertical and horizontal career growth, with a clear progression path within the company.
