Job Description

• Planning, strategizing, and executing communication and marketing programs for clients
• Closely work with Design & Copy team to deliver online and offline projects as per the client\xe2\x80\x99s requirement
• Act as the main point of contact between Tetramind and the client.
• Coordinate with and/or collaborate on content development and implementation
• Do industry research, to understand the client\'s business and the competitive environment.
• Create digital strategies and content plan presentations.
• Offer advice to clients on services and products.
• Deal with client requests and troubleshoot problems.
• Do research on the client\xe2\x80\x99s product, services, and also competitors in the relevant target markets.
• Meet clients for briefings, pitches, and present proposals to clients for approval.
• Brief agency colleagues and work with them to plan and implement the best digital media, design, and technology solutions for the client.
• Ensure the completion of projects on time and within budget.
• Handling financial issues with the client, and timely collection of dues.
• Maintain daily interaction with the client and internal teams.
• Working on several campaigns at once, sometimes under pressure and often on tight deadlines.
• Keep monitoring advertising trends, consumer surveys, and other data regarding the client industry and markets.
• Develop social media campaigns
• Define KPIs for social media campaigns
• Update social media content across all channels
• Engage with customers and followers
• Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer and Hootsuite, etc.
• Monitor campaigns and analyzes data obtained
• Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network
• Develop content or get it done by content developers
• Keep an eye on social media trends
• Communicate effectively to all stakeholders including senior management and content developers

Must Have-

• 2-3 yrs of experience in client service
