About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced

social media manager

to lead and grow our digital presence across platforms. The ideal candidate should have

a minimum of 2 years of professional experience

in social media strategy, content planning, and community management.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals to grow brand presence and engagement. Create monthly content calendars and collaborate with the design and content teams. Manage daily posting, scheduling, and monitoring across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Conduct regular competitive analysis, prepare performance reports, and adjust strategies based on insights to stay ahead in the industry. Stay updated on trends, tools, hashtags, platform updates, competitor activity, and best practices. Handle community management, including DMs, comments, inquiries, and influencer coordination, to foster and grow an active, engaged online community. Use social media analytics tools to track performance and prepare regular reports on social media performance and ROI. Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotional, product launches, and brand partnership initiatives.

Requirements:

Immediate joiners will be given preference. Minimum

3 years of professional experience

as a social media executive or manager. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred. Strong understanding of

social media algorithms, trends, and audience engagement strategies

. Excellent communication skills and copywriting abilities. Experience working with

beauty, skincare, or luxury brands

will be a significant plus. Experience with social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and TikTok. Proficiency in tools like

Canva and Buffer/Hootsuite

and basic knowledge of analytics platforms.
