Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage daily operations of all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, blogs, etc.).
Monitor trends, competitor activity, and industry updates to keep content fresh and relevant.
Plan and run paid campaigns across social platforms to drive reach, engagement, and conversions.
Engage with followers by responding to queries, comments, and messages in a timely manner.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations teams to align campaigns with overall business strategy.
Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (engagement, reach, followers, leads, ROI).
Work with influencers, bloggers, and brand ambassadors for promotions.
Maintain brand consistency in voice, style, and messaging across all channels.
