Job Description


We are seeking a full-time Social Media Brand Manager to work with our Marketing team. As a Social Media Brand Manager, you will be responsible for the creation, curation, scheduling, publishing, monitoring, and response of social media profiles for our brands. The primary purpose of this role is to increase followers and engagement on all related social platforms as well as grow brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and increase sales for our brands. About You:

  • You have at least 2 years of experience as a Social Media Brand Manager. You have demonstrable social media networking experience across all major platforms.
  • You\xe2\x80\x99re great at staying on top of social media trends. You have awareness of social media industry trends, memes, and strategies with a deep understanding and competency on how to appropriately capitalize on them.
  • You\xe2\x80\x99re a pro at connecting with a wide range of communities. You are competent with social post copy, graphics, and videos to resonate with various demographics.
  • You\xe2\x80\x99re analytical and methodical and work with a high degree of accuracy. You are detail-oriented and care about the nitty gritty.
  • You\xe2\x80\x99re a team player. You have an open mind to learn from others on your team and you are confident sharing your ideas with all levels of the organization. You realize working and collaborating with others creates better outcomes for you, your team, and our company.
  • You are flexible. You are willing to practice adaptability in our fast-moving, high-growth environment. You understand change is a part of daily work and you\xe2\x80\x99re comfortable keeping a fast pace, working in some ambiguity, and striving to get clarity through excellent communication.

  • Great understanding of Sales Funnels
  • Ability to adapt and meet desired results in a fast-paced environment that is constantly expanding, evolving, and changing priorities
  • Team player that can work with a variety of personalities in a variety of work environments
  • BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, or Public Relations a plus
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality


Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the team to ensure the vision and direction of social presence are met and continuously evolving through highly engaging content
  • Enhance brand awareness and build strong online communities through various social media platforms for our brands and clients.
  • Be available and present in proximity to brands, remaining in the know on happenings to ensure relevant content is able to be captured and shared
  • Capture, generate, schedule, publish and share daily content through editorial calendars and social syndication schedules that expand social reach, build meaningful community connections, and encourage audiences to take desired actions
  • Build, manage, track, and report on UTM links across all social media accounts
  • Collect and review data, metrics, and individual key performance indicators. Build and present monthly reports on results and findings. Act on the results to ensure continuous improvement and growth
  • Collaborate and build relationships with internal and external teams to stay informed about company efforts and ensure content is relevant and within the company vision
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices, strategies, trends, and technologies and act on those to stay ahead
  • Continuously update and optimize social profiles across each platform to ensure relevancy and increase the visibility of social content
  • Assist with building, executing, and moderating social response and listening campaigns to ensure positive social sentiment and engagement is maintained
  • Assist with monitoring, recording, and re-purposing of user-generated content from various communities
Other Information Remuneration: Rs 1.8 Lacs to 3.6 Lacs per annum. Joining timeline: Immediate to 30 days. Location: Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh, Remote.
