Kidzlet is seeking a talented and experienced Social Media manager to join our team. As a social media manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage with our target audience, and drive business growth. Responsibilities:
* Strategy Development: Developing and implementing social media strategies aligned with the organization\'s overall marketing and communication goals. * Content Creation and Curation: Creating engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and other media formats. * Social Media Campaigns: Planning and executing social media campaigns to promote products, services, events, or specific initiatives This involves designing campaign strategies, setting campaign budgets, monitoring performance, and analyzing results. * Community Management: Building and nurturing an online community around the brand or organization Engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and managing any customer inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner. * Social Listening and Monitoring: Monitoring social media channels for brand mentions, customer feedback, and industry trends Utilizing social listening tools to gather insights, identify opportunities, and address any potential reputation management issues. * Analytics and Reporting: Tracking and analyzing social media metrics and performance data to assess the effectiveness of social media efforts Generating regular reports and providing insights and recommendations for improvement. * Collaboration and coordination: Collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, communications, and design to align social media activities with broader organizational strategies. * Stay Updated: Keeping up with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, platform updates, and best practices. Requirements:
* Proven work experience as a social media manager or in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
* In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their features, and best practices for content creation, engagement, and advertising
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content
* Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and social listening tools
* Experience in visual content creation, including graphic design and video editing
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, track performance metrics, and provide actionable insights
* Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
