The Social Media Manager is responsible for planning, creating, managing, and optimizing content across all social media platforms to grow brand awareness, drive engagement, and support business goals. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills.
Develop monthly content calendars for all social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
Plan campaigns aligned with marketing goals, product launches, and brand guidelines.
Stay updated with social media trends, hashtags, and algorithm changes.
2. Content Creation & Management
Create engaging posts, reels, stories, graphics, and videos.
Work with graphic designers, videographers, and the marketing team for high-quality content.
Schedule and publish content consistently across platforms.
3. Community Management
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
Manage online reputation and engage with customers, influencers, and followers.
Monitor brand mentions and sentiment.
4. Analytics & Reporting
Track key social media metrics (reach, engagement, conversions).
Generate weekly/monthly performance reports.
Optimize strategy based on insights and analytics.
5. Campaigns & Growth
Plan paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with influencers.
Run contests, promotions, and brand-building activities.
6. Collaboration
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and product teams for aligned messaging.
Share feedback from users to improve products and customer experience.
